Annex 2 to the GTC of LEXchat Law — LEXchat GmbH

1. Scope

This services and price overview forms part of the contract under sec. 2.1 (d) of the GTC. The version incorporated at contract formation or at the last renewal governs. All prices are in Swiss francs and exclusive of value added tax and any further levies (sec. 11.1 GTC).

4. Fair use

The guide value for fair use is 40 analyses per booked seat and billing month; the guide value is tied to the seat. The individual analysis counts; follow-up questions and the chat on a dossier do not count as analyses. The guide value is not a hard stop. Boost-Credits acquired as an option raise the guide value by one analysis each; they apply per customer, do not expire during the term of the contract and are not refunded at the end of the contract. Details and the consequences of materially exceeding it are governed by sec. 11.2 GTC.

5. Seats

The Kanzlei.Recherche and Kanzlei.Pro plans are concluded per seat; a separate seat must be obtained for each user (sec. 6.2 GTC). The Kanzlei.Pro plan additionally comprises a base fee per firm and month under sec. 2; one seat is included in the base fee and counts as a booked seat. The Kanzlei.Pro plan comprises all services of the Kanzlei.Recherche plan; no additional Kanzlei.Recherche seat need be obtained for the same person. A firm may obtain several seats; each seat, and under the Kanzlei.Pro plan each additional seat, costs the price stated in sec. 2 (sec. 11.3 GTC).

6. Payment and term

Fees are payable monthly in advance. Where annual payment is agreed, they are payable twelve months in advance and amount to ten monthly fees (two months free). The plans are concluded monthly and may be terminated at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period; with annual payment the period is twelve months (sec. 12.1 and 13.1 GTC).

7. Individual agreements

Enterprise volumes and special constellations are agreed individually — as an individual agreement under sec. 2.1 (a) and sec. 11.4 GTC. They are not publicly priced.

8. Pilot programme

For at most twelve firms: 50 % off the seat price for six months in exchange for logo use and a case study — Kanzlei.Recherche at CHF 124.50 instead of 249, Kanzlei.Pro at CHF 299.50 instead of 599 per additional seat; the Kanzlei.Pro base price with its included seat stays.
